Welcome to Rock Hop Photography. By accessing this website, viewing the galleries, or purchasing a fine art print, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Copyright & Intellectual Property
All photographs, text, graphics, and visual design on this website are the exclusive property of Matt Vegh and are protected by United States and international copyright laws.
- No Unauthorized Use: You may not download, copy, reproduce, alter, distribute, or commercially exploit any image from this website without explicit, written permission or a valid licensing agreement.
- Social Media Sharing: You are welcome to share links to the photo pages or gallery on social media, provided that Rock Hop Photography is explicitly credited and the images are not altered in any way.
2. Purchasing Fine Art Prints
When you purchase a physical print, you are buying the physical object, not the copyright to the image. You may display the print in your home or office, but you may not scan, duplicate, or reproduce the print for any purpose.
Color Accuracy
I utilize a professional, color-calibrated 4K HDR workflow to ensure my prints exactly match my artistic vision. However, because every digital screen displays color and brightness differently, the colors of the final physical print may vary slightly from what you see on your personal device.
Production & Shipping
All prints are custom-made to order using museum-quality materials. Please allow appropriate time for printing, inspection, and packaging before your order ships. I will provide a tracking number as soon as the artwork leaves the studio.
Returns & Damages
Because every piece is custom-printed to your specifications, all print sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing mistakes.
If your artwork arrives damaged due to shipping mishandling, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and the print. I will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as quickly as possible at no additional cost.
3. Image Licensing
If you wish to use an image for a website, publication, advertising, or other commercial purpose, you must purchase a specific usage license. Purchasing a physical print does not grant you any commercial rights. Please use the Contact page to inquire about licensing rates.
4. Website Usage
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site's backend, servers, or underlying databases, nor may you use automated scripts to scrape high-resolution images.
5. Limitation of Liability
Rock Hop Photography shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this website, or from the purchase and physical display of any artwork.
